Service Description

Create sculptural work built to withstand the intensity and unpredictability of raku firing. This class blends structure and spontaneity as you design pieces that embrace the fast-fire process. Students will create 3–4 sculptures (approximately 4–10 inches) and fire them during class. The result is raw, expressive work shaped by both the maker and the flame. All levels welcome (basic hand building helpful). Closed-toe shoes required for firing days.
