Lids are not one size fits all. We will discuss the function and design of lids and how they impact your pots. You'll learn about the various types of lids, from snug-fitting ones that preserve the contents inside to decorative lids that add an artistic touch to your creations. We'll explore how different lid designs can complement the overall form of your pot, ensuring both practicality and visual appeal. Through hands-on practice, you'll experiment with creating lids that not only fit well but also enhance the narrative of your piece. This exploration will deepen your understanding of how seemingly small elements can dramatically influence the aesthetic harmony and functionality of your ceramics.
