Service Description

In this 6-week class, we’ll focus on finishing the surface of pots at the greenware stage. You’ll throw and hand build a variety of forms, then explore surface techniques like sgraffito, carving, sculptural additions, and slip application. We’ll also look at how these surface choices transform the overall form and visual impact of each piece.
