INTRO TO FIGURE SCULPTURE
Sundays, Sept 13 - Oct 18, 1-4, No Experience Needed
Service Description
Bring stories to life through the human form in this beginner-friendly six-week figure sculpture class. We’ll begin with a bas-relief study to build an understanding of anatomy, proportion, and depth before progressing to fully three-dimensional figures. As your skills grow, you’ll explore gesture, movement, and expressive poses, learning how body language can communicate emotion and narrative. Through a series of projects, you’ll discover how subtle shifts in posture and composition can transform a simple figure into a compelling story. Whether you’re new to sculpting or looking to strengthen your figurative work, this class offers a supportive environment to develop your observational skills, sculptural techniques, and creative voice. Experience Level: Beginner-friendly. No prior figure sculpting experience required.
