Explore clay beyond the wheel! Learn handbuilding and sculpting techniques to create expressive animals , figures, and imaginative pieces designed for raku firing. Over six weeks, we’ll explore building solid forms, adding texture and detail, and preparing sculptures for the dramatic raku process. Finish with smoke, fire, and unpredictable surfaces that give each piece its own character.
